We understand that each event has its own set of unique circumstances.

The following policy will be adhered to as it pertains to cancellations for any reason, including weather.

DAY OF EVENT: Cancellations on the day of the event or load in day for the event, regardless of reason and with no exceptions, the client must pay 100% of the total amount due plus a cancellation fee.

24 HOURS: For cancellations 24 hours in advance of scheduled load in time the client will pay 100% of the total amount due charges plus a cancellation fee.**

48 HOURS: For cancellations 48 hours in advance of scheduled load in time the client will pay 100% of the labor charges plus a cancellation fee.**

7 DAYS: For cancellations 7 days in advance of the scheduled load in time, the client will forfeit their 50% non-refundable deposit.*

*This deposit can be applied if event is rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date, not to exceed three months from when event was originally intended.

Please note that any special order items (such as: fabrics, set pieces, drapes, custom staging, cross rented items, etc.) are non-refundable with no exceptions.
