PRESENT DAY & MOVING FORWARD
In this time when people are prioritizing the health and safety of others, at Optimum Audio, we are focusing on removing the stress of continuing to connect to your community. We’ve been working with organizations to virtually stream full lecture and panel conversations out to their platforms while maintaining the professional manner of traditional in person events.
As things transition, we also plan to send small teams to safely capture in-person speakers and keynote deliveries to share as well. Below are the virtual and hybrid options we currently provide – if other ideas come to mind, let us know and we will work with you to make it happen!
VIRTUAL OPTIONS
Optimum Audio will stream out (up to three social platforms) a virtual event put on by your team. This can include opening/closing slides, lower thirds, occasional highlight of social media channels/website.
Post-event editing to include any additional graphics, logos, or slides, minor quality editing, and web compression.

Optimum Audio team onsite with camera, basic audio and lighting setup OR…
