We understand that each event has its own set of unique circumstances.
The following policy will be adhered to as it pertains to cancellations for any reason, including weather:
• 24 HOURS: For cancellations 24 hours or less in advance of scheduled load-in time, the client will pay 100% of the total amount due plus a $300 cancellation fee.
• 48 HOURS: For cancellations 48 hours or less in advance of scheduled load-in time, the client will pay 100% of the total amount due plus a $250 cancellation fee.
• 5 DAYS: For cancellations 5 days or less in advance of scheduled load-in time, the client will pay 100% of the labor charges.
• 7 DAYS: For cancellations 7 days or less in advance of scheduled load-in time, the client will pay 50% of the labor charges and, if applicable, will forfeit their 50% nonrefundable deposit.
Please note that any special order items (such as fabrics, set pieces, drapes, custom staging, cross-rented items, etc.) are nonrefundable with no exceptions.
