We understand that each event has its own set of unique circumstances.

The following policy will be adhered to as it pertains to cancellations for any reason, including weather and COVID-19 related restrictions.***

• DAY OF EVENT: Cancellations on the day of the event or load in day for the event, regardless of reason and with no exceptions, the client must pay 100% of the total amount due plus a cancellation fee.

• 24 HOURS: For cancellations 24 hours in advance of scheduled load in time the client will pay 100% of the total amount due charges plus a cancellation fee.

• 48 HOURS: For cancellations 48 hours in advance of scheduled load in time the client will pay 100% of the labor charges plus a cancellation fee.

• 7 DAYS: For cancellations 7 days in advance of the scheduled load in time, the client will forfeit their 50% non-refundable deposit.

Please note that any special order items (such as: fabrics, set pieces, drapes, custom staging, cross rented items, etc.) are non-refundable with no exceptions.

***If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 related restrictions, from 14 DAYS through 48 HOURS in advance of scheduled load in time, the non-refundable deposit will be credited for a future use.
