We understand that each event has its own set of unique circumstances.
The following policy will be adhered to as it pertains to cancellations for any reason, including weather.
• 24 HOURS: For cancellations 24 hours or less in advance of scheduled load in time, the client will pay 100% of the total amount due charges plus a $300 cancellation fee.
• 48 HOURS: For cancellations 48 hours or less in advance of scheduled load in time, the client will pay 100% of the total amount due charges plus a $250 cancellation fee.
• 5 DAYS: For cancellations 5 days or less in advance of scheduled load in time, the client will pay 100% of the labor charges.
• 7 DAYS: For cancellations 7 days or less in advance of scheduled load in time, the client and will pay 50% of the labor charges and if applicable, will forfeit their 50% non-refundable deposit.
Please note that any special order items (such as: fabrics, set pieces, drapes, custom staging, cross rented items, etc.) are non-refundable with no exceptions.
